My approach to teaching is based on the belief that students learn best when they are actively engaged in the learning process. I encourage my students to ask questions, share their ideas and participate in class discussions. I believe that every student has unique talents and abilities that should be recognized and nurtured. Hence, I take the time to get to know my students on a personal level, so that I can tailor my teaching methods to suit their individual learning styles. In conclusion, my main intention as a teacher is to transfer knowledge to my students while making the learning process fun and enjoyable.
