Ashley
Hello and welcome! My name is Ashley, and I’m a passionate and patient math tutor here on Classgap. I’m here to help you feel confident and comfortable with math — no matter your current level. Whether you are just starting to learn math or need some help understanding more advanced topics, I’m happy to support you every step of the way😊
🧮 Math can sometimes feel difficult or confusing, but I truly believe that with the right explanation and a little practice, anyone can understand it. In my classes, I always take the time to explain things clearly and slowly. I use simple examples, and I’m always happy to repeat or explain things in a different way if needed. There are no bad questions in my class ,only learning opportunities! 💡
📚 I have experience working with students of different ages and backgrounds. I enjoy helping children, teenagers, and adults. Whether you need help with fractions, decimals, geometry, algebra, or even preparing for a test, I will make sure the class fits your needs. Every student learns differently, so I always try to adjust my teaching style to what works best for you.As someone with ADHD, I’m experienced in supporting atypical learners and breaking ideas into clear, connected steps. Many of my students come to me after struggling in traditional classrooms, and my goal is always to help them rebuild both their understanding and their confidence in math.
Learning doesn’t have to feel confusing or stressful. My lessons focus on developing real understanding through clear explanations, step-by-step reasoning, and adapting to each student’s learning style — particularly for students with ADHD or non-traditional learning needs.
✨ My goal is not just to help you solve problems but to help you truly understand how and why math works. I want you to feel proud of what you learn. We will work together at your pace, and I will always support and encourage you. Learning math can be fun and exciting , I promise!
