Bonjour, je m’appelle Sébastien. Je suis professeur particulier de mathématiques et j’accompagne exclusivement les collégiens, de la 6e à la 3e, en visio. J’aide surtout les élèves qui ont accumulé des lacunes et qui ne savent plus vraiment comment travailler. Souvent, ils comprennent certaines choses en cours, mais se retrouvent bloqués seuls devant leurs exercices. Ils ne savent pas par où commencer, perdent confiance, repoussent le travail et les devoirs de maths deviennent une source de tension à la maison. Mon objectif n’est pas seulement d’expliquer les exercices de maths. J’apprends à votre enfant à savoir s’y prendre seul : - comprendre la consigne ; - identifier ce qu’il sait déjà ; - choisir la bonne méthode ; - organiser son raisonnement ; - éviter les blocages ; - reprendre confiance progressivement. Les cours durent 1 heure et sont pensés comme un suivi régulier, idéalement chaque semaine. La régularité est essentielle pour reconstruire les bases, installer de bonnes habitudes et permettre à l’élève de progresser durablement. Pendant les séances, je prends le temps d’expliquer clairement, avec patience et méthode. Je peux revenir sur les notions non comprises, aider à préparer un contrôle, revoir une leçon, corriger des exercices ou accompagner la préparation du brevet. J’ai déjà assuré plus de 200 heures de cours auprès de collégiens, avec une approche centrée sur la méthode, l’organisation et l’autonomie. Je travaille également en partenariat avec le Centre Hobson et l’association Jean Gailhac à Béziers. Après les séances, je peux aussi faire un retour aux parents sur le travail réalisé, les progrès observés et les points à consolider. Le premier échange gratuit de 20 minutes permet de faire connaissance, de comprendre les difficultés de votre enfant et de voir si mon accompagnement correspond à ses besoins. Si votre enfant est perdu en maths et ne sait plus comment s’y prendre, je serai ravi de l’aider à reprendre pied, étape par étape.
