I am from Mexico, but I also lived in the United States and that is why I teach American English. I was trained by the founder of the Montessori School in Venezuela, where I lived for many years. I have taught all ages and levels, at a small community school, at Berlitz International School of Languages, where I became a Local Instructor Supervisor while living in Venezuela, and I finally started my own business, teaching kids, teenagers and adults, including pilots who needed to improve their English to obtain their license. My method is the result of merging what I considered the best effective techniques I came across in my 24 years of teaching experience, together with my own personal approach. Inspired by the Montessori method I had contact with at the beginning of my career, my classes are fun, interactive, and full of visual aids aimed at mastering different aspects as needed by the student, no matter the level. I customize my classes accordingly and I use an all-embracing technique, taking into account all aspects of the language: writing, speaking, reading. I currently specialize in teaching adults. My ultimate goal: Have my students become bilingual!
