Hello, I am Vicky from Beijing. Teaching Chinese as a foreign language has always been my hobby, which gives me lots of passion! I like communicating with friends from different countries who love Chinese culture as I do. I have lived and worked in Germany, South Africa for 10 years, and now in the UAE. Years of living overseas have given me a deep understanding of cross-cultural communication. I am a native Mandarin speaker, fluent in English, and have a good level of communication in German. I like traveling, music, and sports. I believe that these qualities will make my lessons more interesting. I'm holding CTCSOL and currently working as a part-time Chinese teacher at an international school, teaching YCT standard courses. My students range in age from 8 to 12. I've been teaching business Chinese and HSK as well as private lessons. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or already very proficient in Chinese; you are a young student or adult.
