I am a firm believer in the saying of “ there is no such thing as failure , only feedback”. I aim to provide constructive feedback and support to all learners. I am to offer corrections and explanations for grammatical errors, provide suggestions for improving vocabulary usage, correct punctuation errors and provide guidance on proper punctuation usage , help learners improve the clarity and coherence of their writing, offer feedback on style and register as well as offer insight into pragmatic aspects of language use including cultural norms ,politeness strategies and effective communication in different contexts. I find joy in helping others gain proficiency in a language that can simplify and impact their lives in any sphere/ For me , English is a global language , and teaching it allows me to empower individuals with the ability to communicate effectively across boarders and cultures. I am a vibrant and lively person. I enjoy having fun while learning. I can assure you , that you will lave our lesson with a smile on your face and a major sense of accomplishment.

• ¿Puedo cancelar una reserva?

Sí, puedes cancelar una reserva hasta un máximo de 8 horas antes de la clase, indicando el motivo de cancelación. Estudiaremos cada caso de forma personal para proceder a la devolución del importe.

• ¿Cómo realizo el pago de la clase?

En el momento en que selecciones una clase o un pack de horas, podrás realizar el pago mediante nuestro TPV virtual. Tienes dos opciones para efectuar el pago:
- Tarjeta de crédito.
- Paypal.
Una vez realices el pago de la clase, recibirás un e-mail de confirmación de la reserva.

• ¿Puedo modificar una reserva?

Sí, siempre puede surgir algún imprevisto, por lo que podrás cambiar la hora o el día de clase. Puedes hacerlo desde tu área personal, dentro de "Clases programadas", en la opción “Cambiar fecha”.

• ¿Dónde se realizan las clases?

Las clases se realizan en el aula virtual de Classgap, desarrollada para el ámbito formativo con muchas funcionalidades específicas para ello, como el vídeo-chat, la pizarra virtual o el editor de textos a tiempo real.
