I am Yuwen, from Guilin, a small town famous for its beautiful mountains and rivers in southern China. I have 3 years of Chinese teaching experience. My students come from all over the world: the United States(mostly), Germany, Australia, Argentina, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Canada.
Now I am pursuing my undergraduate degree in New Jersey, USA, and I can speak Chinese and English fluently. I love traveling, painting and sports. I have traveled to 9 countries and have accumulated a lot of knowledge through my studies, especially in Chinese painting, history and human geography.
I have tutored students with zero foundation to pass the HSK-5 level test within one year. After studying, students can travel, work, study abroad and connect with their families in Chinese. I have studied cultural differences in depth and taught many second-generation immigrants.
I will design each class based on the students' Chinese proficiency and carefully select the textbooks and auxiliary materials that best suit their needs. Whether students have zero foundation or have a solid foundation, I am committed to creating an engaging and supportive learning experience based on their current level.
To make the course practical and fun, I will combine hot topics with Chinese traditional cultural elements. This balanced teaching method can not only help students master the necessary language skills, but also help them gain a deeper understanding of Chinese society, values and ways of thinking.
