Je suis ALAGBE Faïd Adéshinan, je suis titulaire d'une licence en informatique et gestion. J'ai un baccalauréat scientifique avec 18 de moyenne en math. Actuellement je suis un étudiant à l'université de Rennes. Et je passe par se canal pour rendre ce que je sais faire le mieux profitable pour les futurs élèves et moi même car je serai enfin dans mon bain.
Depuis mon parcours, je faisais des études à mes amis en maths puis en informatique à l'université. Une fois finis l'école j'ai eu à réaliser plus de projets en informatique et aussi faire des formations en mathématiques et informatique.
Je suis capable de faire passer le message qu'il faut aux élèves. Et j'ai des slogans que j'utilise pour aider les élèves à bien cerner leurs cours.

Bonjour, je m'appelle Mélanie, je suis diplômée d'une licence de mathématiques de l'université de Limoges.
Au cours de cette formation, j'ai été engagée comme Tutrice. Mon rôle était d'animer des cours de soutien en mathématiques destinés aux étudiants en première année de licence. J'ai pu collaborer avec un enseignant chercheur sur un projet d'étude qui portait sur les méthodes d'enseignement. Un de mes cours avait été filmé et des témoignages ont été recueillis : les étudiants ont apprécié mon écoute, ma bonne humeur et ma pédagogie.
Je donne depuis 2015 des cours particuliers de mathématiques (niveau collège, lycée et adulte en reconversion). Je connais ainsi les difficultés que peuvent rencontrer les élèves, et j'ai trouvé diverses façons d'expliquer une même chose pour réussir à partager mon savoir avec eux. Je suis professeure particulier professionnelle à temps plein depuis janvier 2021. J'ai donné plus de 3000 heures de cours, ce qui m'a permis de renforcer ma méthode.
Ma méthode est de rester à l'écoute de mes élèves et de leur fournir des explications différentes jusqu'à trouver celle qui leur conviendra le mieux.
Je veux aussi leur montrer des exemples liés à des choses qu'ils aiment pour qu'ils prennent conscience de l'utilité de la matière.
Lors de nos séances, je prépare un TD qui reprend la notion que l'élève souhaitait aborder. Je lui envoie par la suite le fichier en PDF, il contient un rappel de cours, des exercices, et le corrigé des exercices que nous avons fait ensemble. A la demande, je peux aussi envoyer à mon élève d'autres fiches de TD s'il souhaite s'entraîner seul entre nos sessions.
Enseigner est pour moi un très beau métier. Je serai heureuse de pouvoir participer à l'épanouissement de vos enfants, collégiens ou lycéens, de pouvoir les guider, les épauler, et leur donner confiance en eux pour qu'ils réussissent pleinement, d'une part, à comprendre les notions de leur programme de mathématiques, et d'autre part, pour qu'ils aient les bases nécessaires à leur projet d'avenir.

Difference between a professor and a “Good” tutor : -
So what is the factor which separates a “TUTOR” from your class professor?
Well, the answer is simple, it’s all about personalization. A professor can just read/teach the topic to the class and it's over. But for a good Tutor, it is just one of the many jobs he/she does. There are many things a tutor has to take care of: -
1. See the level of understanding of the subject by the student.
2. See the type of teaching the student prefers/loves.
3. See whether the student has an understanding of all other related subjects which are required for this particular course or not. If not, teach him about all the related stuff, which may be outside of the syllabus, but is extremely useful.
4. See if the student needs any advice on how to study, manage his/her time, what is the best method of study, the importance of the current subject, etc.
5. See if the student has other problems unrelated to academics, which is harming him/her, and guide the student.
So next time you see any tutor, compare his/her abilities on these parameters also.
