I have studied Musicology, Audio Engineering, Composing for Film & TV, and I am a diploma level pianist. I have been teaching piano and music theory fоr around 15 years at conservatoires, private institutes and one to one lessons. I have prepared students from grade 1 to grade 8 ABRSM exams as well as for piano competitions with excellent results. In addition, the past few years I have been working as a composer and a music engraver. I teach piano, music theory and composition. I am an enthusiastic and patient teacher. My approach is focused on music comprehension, building a strong repertoire and developing the necessary skills and technique for playing the piano and/or writing music. Lessons' structure is formulated on an individual basis depending on the student's' level and goals.

Hello! I am Josée Allard, piano teacher from Canada. I have a bachelor degree in Piano Performance from The University of Montreal and a 4-year Certificate in Improvisation from the USA. I won the First Prize of the Montreal Symphony Orchestra Competition when I was 17 years old. I teach Individual classical piano lessons for students aged 9 and over with an innovative approach of creative improvisation. Only a few spots are available! The aim of our piano lessons is to provide comprehensive instruction that leads the student to a knowledge and love of music, while opening a window on his or her own musical creativity. This course is dedicated to students who wish to devote the necessary time to learning music, combining pleasure and quality, rigour and passion. Traditional classical teaching based on the curriculum of the École de musique Vincent d'Indy of Canada, adapted to the student's profile.
