Per quanto riguarda il mio metodo di insegnamento, ritengo che lo studente debba essere al centro della sua formazione, cioè che sia lui stesso promotore della sua voglia di conoscere e che quindi l’insegnante debba solo fornire gli strumenti adatti a indicargli quali sono le strade da percorrere e quindi da sperimentare (giuste o sbagliate che siano), senza mortificarlo con inutili obblighi o commenti negativi ma anzi, dandogli continuamente autostima attraverso la valorizzazione delle sue attuali capacità.
Sono infatti fermamente convinto che non esista un’intelligenza universale e che ci siano persone che si sentono o meno in grado di imparare (quindi con o senza stima di sè).
