Are you looking for an experienced singing tutor who will be friendly, open and easy to chat to? Look no further! From absolute beginners to experienced performers - I'd be happy to help you improve your technique, prepare for an event or audition, or simply sing for fun. My personal specialities are pop and musical theatre - but I love to sing and teach all genres of music.

Experience & Qualifications
I've been singing and performing all my life, and studied to become a qualified vocal coach three years ago. As I studied, I took on several one-to-one clients as well as teaching group classes across the area for a range of different singing and theatre schools. I've prepared over 60 students for LAMDA drama and musical theatre exams, passing with distinctions, and helped students to achieve first places in countless regional competitions and festivals.
If you're looking for a lesson for your child - I'm also a qualified youth worker, and have 5 years of experience coaching, mentoring and supporting children and young people. I'm DBS checked, trained in safeguarding and first aid, and most of all, absolutely love working with young people. Seeing the confidence of a young person grow through the arts is one of the most amazing things to witness!!
Lesson Style
Overall, I would say my teaching style is informal but effective. Lessons won't have rigid structures, but all of my students do have targets and objectives to work towards, which we will figure out together in your first lesson or two. Lessons with me will always have freedom - if there's a particular song we didn't plan to cover, but you want to try, or something in your own practice that you've been struggling with, I will always adapt!
I love all genres of music and I'm happy to work with you on any song you would like - whether you're preparing for an audition, a show, a competition, working in music, or just want to improve your singing technique as a hobby!
As I've grown up with music and performing, I'm really passionate about how important the arts are for our wellbeing - so I'll always make our lessons a safe, welcoming space. There's no judgement here, I'm very beginner friendly. I'm also excited to teach more advanced singers, and will help you to notice small changes you can make which will transform your sound and your vocal health.
