Mon enseignement en ligne donne en général de bons résultats, il est important pour moi que l'élève soit en confiance et qu'il réalise qu'il a les capacités de progresser. J'ai eu l'occasion de travailler avec des élèves en décrochage, démotivé, en perte de confiance. Je porte une attention particulière à encourager régulièrement l'élève et le féliciter, car il ne faut jamais passer à côté d'un progrès même petit...c'est toujours le début d'une histoire pour l'enfant : reprendre confiance en soi et avoir une bonne estime de soi. Rien d'impossible, il faut se donner le temps de comprendre, d’expliquer pas à pas. Avant d'escalader une montagne, il faut souvent gravir des petites collines avant😉
