To master any subject, a clear concept of the topic is paramount. My lesson style ensures the student has a clear understanding of what is being asked and that they can grow to be confident in solving problems. The structure of each lesson is as follows: Each lesson we start off with a small exercise based off the previous lesson to ensure that the student is confident with that topic. In the main section of the lesson we will go through the new topic content. The style of lessons will vary between students, but in all lessons I encourage conversation related to the topic to broaden understanding. I have found that this is one of the best ways to engage students and see them progress in their confidence. After this, to compound the topic knowledge and information, questions are given to the student to solve, this may be accompanied by extra questions from myself to encourage a problem solving and critical thinking mindset. This helps develop a greater understanding and identifies areas where further assistance is required. Applying maths and physics to real world scenarios is another area I like to encourage. My goal for you as the student is to obtain a solid understanding of the subject that will allow you to retain the information learnt and take your exams with confidence. As I come up to four years of tutoring, I find it extremely rewarding to see students grow, overcome challenges and have fun during their studies. During this time I have learnt different teaching techniques and how to tailor each lesson for each student so you can get the best support you need.

J’adapte également mes explications au rythme et au style d’apprentissage de chaque élève, pour garantir une compréhension durable, approfondie et efficace. J’ai eu la chance de contribuer à des réussites inspirantes : un élève de terminale découragé en début d’année a décroché son bac avec mention grâce à un accompagnement régulier et personnalisé. De même, un élève en difficulté au collège, très inquiet pour son brevet, a finalement obtenu une mention grâce à un travail axé sur la patience et la confiance en ses capacités. Pédagogue, patient et motivé, je suis convaincu que chaque élève peut réussir, à condition de bénéficier d’un accompagnement adapté à ses besoins spécifiques. Mon objectif est non seulement d’aider mes élèves à progresser, mais aussi de leur redonner confiance en eux et en leurs compétences, afin qu’ils abordent les mathématiques avec sérénité.
