I am a Physics graduate from Oxford and I teach GCSE, AS and A2 Physics and Maths and International Baccalaureate (IB) . I have also been an examiner for AQA Physics and for Edexcel Maths so I can help you understand how to get top grades. I have taught in the classroom for twenty years and have been tutoring online for the past four years.
Online tutoring is more flexible and personal than classroom teaching, so that I can give the student individually tailored tuition to address their strengths and needs. It's a great way to get extra support for revision, to cover missed class time and to prepare for exams.

Andrew is a retired lecturer in engineering with over 40 years experience in schools and further education colleges. He ran the private tutoring business 'Norwich Tutors' for over 12 years specialising in Mathematics and Physics at GCSE and A-level.
Andrew also worked as a Examiner for Cambridge International Examinations (cie) for 5 years.
He has continued to develop his skills and is now a leader in IOT technologies working with the American Academy in Larnaca to develop a robotics course.
He is also contracted to run electrical engineering health and safety courses at Rolls Royce Aerospace facilities all over the UK and virtual on-line presentations internationally.
Andrew has experience of all the UK examining boards in Math, Physics and Computing.
Teaching methodology is base round the fact that the student has already been exposed to the topic in class but needs extra assistance in achieving a depth of understanding thereby increasing examination grade potential.
The student will initially be given an exercise on the topic requested to evaluate his/her current understanding. Once a starting position is established the student will be nurtured to achieving a higher level of understanding at his/her own pace.

I hold a master’s degree in physics from EPFL, with a specialization in astrophysics, and have been tutoring students in math and physics for several years. I have also worked as a teaching assistant at EPFL in mechanics and thermodynamics, and have participated in various teaching and science outreach activities with school and college students. I particularly enjoy teaching science and helping students overcome their challenges. For me, the key is not to memorize formulas or methods, but to understand the concepts and reasoning behind them. So I try to tailor my explanations to each student, go back to the basics when necessary, and gradually develop their intuition and independence when tackling exercises. My goal is for students to eventually be able to understand why a method works and to solve problems on their own.

Hi. My name is Bruno, and I do private tutoring on math and physics subjects for primary school to undergrad levels. I have a master's in physics with a focus on cosmology.
In my classes I usually review with the student the theory, making sure the equations and concepts are well understood before doing some exercises to test the student. Those exercises can be a list from the student, but I'm also able to provide a custom-made list if it is needed.
