Mi chiamo Denis Porretti, sono laureato magistrale in Ingegneria Energetica al Politecnico di Torino.
Lavoro nell'ambito delle ripetizioni già da parecchio tempo.
Sono tutor a tempo pieno in quanto svolgo l'attività di insegnante come professione.
I miei studenti sono generalmente di scuola superiore o scuola media.
Applico il mio metodo personale di insegnamento che ha riscosso generalmente un buon successo nel corso degli ultimi 10 anni. Cerco di coinvolgere il più possibile lo studente fin dalle prime fasi, in modo da entrare in sintonia con lui e iniziare a lavorare subito su un obiettivo credibile da raggiungere insieme.
Penso che il miglior modo per porsi di fronte ad un allievo e una famiglia in cerca di aiuto per la scuola sia quello di essere estremamente chiari su quello che si può ottenere nel breve periodo, stabilire insieme la miglior strategia per poi continuare a migliorare poco per volta.
La mia disponibilità di orari è molto ampia, in quanto mi occupo a tempo pieno di insegnamento privato.
Al momento svolgo le mie lezioni esclusivamente online.
In genere agli studenti che intraprendono un percorso continuativo con me offro dei pacchetti di lezione di durata a piacere.
Sono specializzato nelle lezioni online e propongo questa modalità da molto tempo, con ottimi risultati.

My classes are a mix of written, oral and kinesthetic parts.
I like to show the concepts in Physics with how they are applied in real life.
Once the meaning of the Physics concept is clear and we have established a sort of 'connection' with it, then we will dive into the formulation of the problem and the mathematical treatment of the same.
Where the student is particularly interested, I would also prepare 'off-line' some simple examples that the student can try safely at home.
At the beginning of each new lesson, we will make sure that the previous lesson is well understood by solving 1-2 exercises.
After a few lessons, we will start understanding the motivations that drive the student to learn Physics and then tailor the follow-up lessons in a way to maximize the learning process with as little effort as possible.
I essence, we will devise a suitable plan that fits the NEEDS and WANTS of the student. And we will keep refining it until we find a way that works best.
Ours will be a 'partnership' in which we will aim at achieving our results in full in less time possible and using as few energies as we can.
Realicé mi doctorado en la Universidad de Cantabria, en el ámbito de la Geometría Diferencial, y a continuación pasé tres años como investigador postdoctoral en la KU Leuven de Bélgica. Durante estos años he estado impartiendo clases en distintas asignaturas de Matemáticas a estudiantes universitarios de Matemáticas, Física, Ingenierías, CC Biológicas y CC Químicas.
Creo que la labor de un profesor (particularmente de Matemáticas) tiene que ser la de utilizar su propia experiencia pasada como estudiante para ayudar al alumno a adquirir los conocimientos de forma rápida y sólida, ayudándole a ganar en intuición propia sobre las materias. En clase suelo preocuparme mucho por adaptar las explicaciones a cada estudiante y siempre intento buscar nuevas maneras de explicar las cosas hasta encontrar el formato que mejor se adapta al alumno. La labor pedagógica me resulta muy estimulante, nunca me canso ni pierdo la paciencia con nadie.
Las encuestas de los alumnos en la universidad siempre me han otorgado calificaciones muy altas, superiores a la media del resto del profesorado. Los alumnos suelen pasarlo bien en mis clases, y yo también lo paso bien con ellos.

Las clases las imparto explicando la teoría de forma práctica, con ejercicios que fomenten su comprensión.. Mucha experiencia en transmitir conceptos de manera comprensible. Amplia experiencia también en las clases online. El alumno sólo necesita un ordenador y las clases se realizan en la plataforma que tiene Classgap para ello. Yo comparto a pantalla completa mis explicaciones con el alumno. Excelentes resultados.
Explicando esto último de manera detallada, utilizo un Ipad Apple con lápiz Apple. Duplico pantalla en mi portátil y comparto dicha pantalla de forma completa con el alumno. De esta manera el alumno sólo necesita la plataforma de Classgap para recibir las clases online..

Tengo mucha experiencia en clases de apoyo tanto en Academias como individuales, también en las clases online y suelo aceptarlas todas salvo que los horarios me lo impidan.
En asignaturas como las matemáticas, física o química, las dudas de los alumnos suelen estar en la parte práctica. Por ello explico la teoría con ejemplos para que resulten más comprensibles. Explicar los problemas que el alumno no entienda su resolución, deberes del colegio, etc.
También dispongo de libros con problemas adecuados al nivel del alumno y acceso a internet para complementarlos. con otros problemas y ejercicios, así como resúmenes de teoría y fórmulas.
En definitiva, el alumno tendrá toda la atención y seguimiento para recibir todos los conocimientos y disponibilidad de días y horarios flexibles para garantizar su aprendizaje..
