I’m a warm, approachable tutor who believes languages are more than just tools for exams — they’re a way to connect, express, and share ourselves with others. I grew up bilingual in Liverpool with a Pakistani mother and English father, and later discovered a passion for languages that led me to study French, Spanish, and Italian at the University of Liverpool and the Sorbonne in Paris. Along the way, I’ve worked as a journalist in Spain, and today I also work as a voiceover artist and translator. With over 10 years of teaching experience, I’ve helped students of all ages and abilities — from absolute beginners to advanced exam candidates. I especially enjoy supporting neurodivergent learners and those who want to find joy and confidence in speaking. As a lifelong language learner myself (currently exploring Japanese and Russian), I know firsthand how challenging the journey can feel — but also how fun, rewarding, and life-changing it can be with the right guidance.
