I started studying the pianoforte in 1984 at the age of 12 with the late Cyrus Shahrdar, whose father Moshir Homayoun Shahrdar was the first know professional pianist in Iran. In 2011, I received certification (equal to B.A.) as classical piano performing artist from the Iran House of Music , the leading professional music organization in Iran. I am now Senior Member in Iran House of Music, and also a registered and certified member of Iran's Society of Classical Music Artists.My method of teaching has evolved over the years, becoming more flexible and efficient. In music teaching, one size does not fit all. I assess the student's talent, objectives, and perseverance, and according to these parameters, I tailor my teaching to the extent that I can to help each student to play the piano the best he or she can play and enjoy.I teach different genres, from Classical to western rock, pop, Iranian and even new age.

Naturalmente, se parliamo di tecnica vocale sarà doveroso parlare di respirazione, di registri, di risonanza, di sostegno e di decine di altre cose che avete già sentito citare ovunque, ma la mia specialità è seguirvi nel vostro percorso assicurandomi di aiutarvi non solo a fare un passo dopo l'altro, ma a farli nella direzione giusta. Con cantautori e rapper parleremo di scrittura, analisi metrica, composizione e di mercato, con interpreti parleremo di tecnica in base al livello, dal neofita con cui costruire solide basi per il futuro al cantante già fatto e finito con cui rispolverare allenamenti fondamentali e correggere imperfezioni in vista di concerti e contest. Insomma, non aspettatevi lezioni frontali, sono qui per supportarvi, essere sincero e condividere quello che ho imparato in questi anni, se non avete un idea chiara, vi aiuterò a costruirla di sessione in sessione.

About me Hello, Music aspiring folks. I am Venkatesh. I am a freelancing session Guitarist and a reverent Music teacher. It's been 6 years since I gave my first guitar lesson and been successfully making many students dream come true to play The Guitar and to furnish a strong musical base in a more flabbergasting way. Musical Journey Well, my musical journey was not something stereotypical. Initially, I started learning guitar being jealous of a friend who used to show off to us his playing skills. And I too started learning guitar. I Have heard somewhere that a single lesson can change someone's life. It happened to me. The person from whom I learned to play the guitar inspired me to make music from every inch of our soul. Along with music, he inspired me to teach. Then I underwent many musicians to enhance my skills in both playing and teaching.I have collaborated with many artists and performed on ample occasions. Now I work with a Heavy Metal Band and soon will be coming up with our debut album. Approach to learning I Have contributed my life's ample time to structure the method of teaching which I implement and experiment with my every student and have successfully eliminated the boring teaching methodology. I believe that an excellent performer may not be the best teacher but an average performer can bring the best out. Every teacher tries to comfort their student to be a guitarist, but I always push them to become a musician. I work with the pace of student but not with the pace of targets or accomplishments. I teach for my passion. Money is the byproduct. My approach to learning will be always to bring the music and the passion which hides behind the curtain. Performance achievement I hold Grade 8 Degrees from Both Rockschool and Trinity. Have undergone Teaching workshop by Rowan J. Parker, a guitarist from Scotland and the chief course developer for Yamaha school of Music. I Hold a Distinction degree in music theory by ABRSM (Associated Board of Royal Schools of music) London. Have won several competitions in North India with my band and also earned the best guitarist award. I hold a Distinction degree from Sarbabharatiya Sangeet O Sanskriti Parishad in Classical guitar (Junior Diploma 2).
