Hello! I’m Irish m a passionate and friendly Math teacher who’s always up for a good chat—yes, even about numbers! I’m originally from the Philippines and I’ve had the amazing opportunity to teach Grade 10 students in a classroom setting for a year. Now, I’m fully focused on teaching online, where I get to connect with students from all over the world. Math has always been a subject I love, and my goal is to make it less scary and more enjoyable for you. I know numbers can be tricky, but with the right approach (and a few cool calculator techniques), it can actually be fun! Whether you're struggling with basic concepts or just need a confidence boost before a big test, I’m here to help. My classes are very student-focused. I like to get to know my learners so I can tailor each lesson to your needs and goals. We’ll work at your pace, and I’ll always encourage you to ask questions—no question is too small or silly. I aim to make each lesson feel like a conversation rather than a lecture, so you’ll feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. I’m especially great with kids and teenagers, but I’m also happy to work with adult learners who want to refresh their math skills. I use English as my main language of instruction, and I’m more than happy to adjust my teaching style based on your learning preferences. Outside of teaching, I love singing, photography, graphic design, and learning new languages—so if you like any of those too, we’ll get along just fine! Let’s make math make sense—together!
