I am Anchal Sihag basically I am from India . I have completed my higher education with 'A' grade and currently, I am pursuing Bachelor of science in applied mathematics from Ontario Tech University. I love to play with numbers, mathematical equations, and formulas. I have special command of trigonometry and even know some Vedic math tricks. I worked with an NGO for 9 months as a social tutor and usually taught basic math and science to those children who can't afford education . I am a mechanical engineer and, for over 15 years, a tutor for students of all ages, from middle school to the early years of university. I offer lessons and tutoring in mathematics in all its forms, English, and all basic scientific subjects. I am available for both single lessons and more structured medium/long-term learning plans. Together with my students, we have always achieved the set goals, whether it was reaching a passing grade during critical academic moments or achieving academic excellence.
I try to use a range of resources ranging from pencil and paper to interactive material such as Geogebra.
I have access to a tablet for use with the online whiteboard and an HD document camera for demonstrations using pen and paper.
With maths in particular, it is important to practise what you have learned on a regular basis so as not to forget it when you learn a new concept. However, it is also important not to be overworked or to let other subjects slip. I am happy to provide my students with an exercise a day to complete between tuition sessions. These exercises are optional and last no more than 15 minutes per day... although if you want more, I can provide that.
