I am Jai kumar. Maths and Science teacher A commitment to High school and middle school's education and student success. I am passionate about teaching. My Core Belief is that Every student deserves a learning environment where they feel valued and are encouraged to be creative and intelligent. I have 4 years of experience, specializing in maths and science. Learning is an active process. I prioritize Problem-Solving and practice over passive lectures. Relationship between a teacher and student should be very clear and respected. Because Learning happens when relationships are strong. My Approach on Proactive, not Reactive. I focus on teaching routines and expectations early. Bringing light of knowledge to Life with Active Learning Strategies. I regularly analyze student's feedback and progress to refine my curriculum. My goal is to equip students not just with content knowledge, but with the skills and confidence they need for future success.
