Ciao, sono una ragazza di 25 anni da sempre spinta da una forte passione per tutte le materie scientifiche. Da quando ho finito le scuole superiori impartisco lezioni a tutti i ragazzi frequentanti scuole medie o superiori. Grazie anche ad un percorso universitario sono riuscita ad accrescere e meglio definire le mie competenze in campo matematico/fisico. Il mio metodo di insegnamento si basa sul capire le esigenze dell’alunno, partendo dagli esercizi per capire quali siano le difficoltà per poi vedere anche nella pratica come si applica la teoria.

Buenass, Soy María, actualmente estudiante de 2° de Biología. Tengo nivel B2 de inglés en proceso del C1, además del B2 de euskera y de manejar muy bien el castellano ya que soy nativa de España . También, se me dan muy bien las mates. Las clases serían personalizadas para cada alumno, previamente habiendo visto las necesidades de él , sus dificultades y sus objetivos. Se plantearían diversos ejercicios para solidificar la información, adaptados a cada nivel con su dificultad.
Soy ademas, personalmente, muy paciente y social. Me encanta estar con la gente y aprender de ellos. Por otro lado, me encanta dar clases particulares. Empecé dandolas a familiares y conocidos pero poco a poco vi que me gustaba cada vez más.

En mis clases lo primero que hago es ver que temas estas viendo en el instituto o universidad, luego busco algunos ejercicios o un primer acercamiento al tema que no sea difícil de comprender y que sea ameno a tu nivel, luego busco diferentes metodologias de explicacion que se adapten a tu estilo; o si solo quieres refuerzo de ese tema busco ejercicios en libros o Internet para mejorar tu conocimiento del tema que estas cursando. Si necesitas ayuda con algún tema busco maneras diferentes de explicártelo con el objetivo de que lo entiendas y domines luego de practicar.

Further enriching my expertise, I conducted research projects on topics Effect of Undergraduates' Environmental Exposure and Educational Background on Entrepreneurial Insight. I surveyed Toothpaste brands in Sri Lanka. Some of the other projects I have done include a Marketing project on Pick Me Transportation, an Environmental project on Honey Bee – A Nature Diary, an Entrepreneurial project on the Lanka Harness Co. (Pvt) Ltd, and a Psychological Project on Bipolar Disorder. With the knowledge and experience of conducting several projects, I am highly skilled in guiding students in their assessments and projects.
With about three years of teaching experience in mathematics, including familiarity with the UK National Curriculum, I have also worked as an independent tutor since 2015, catering to diverse student needs, including those with special educational needs (SEN). I have worked with over 500 pupils.

I believe that it is every teacher's responsibility to protect pupils from danger, abuse, or neglect. It is a legal and moral obligation that teachers must be conscious of. This entails being on the lookout for indicators of abuse or neglect, being aware of the reporting process, and actively encouraging a culture of safety inside the school.
Moreover, I recognize the paramount importance of safeguarding students' well-being, This includes not just scholastic achievement but also one's emotional, social, and physical well-being. When it comes to pupils' mental health, I pay close attention to it, create a safe and nurturing environment, and provide resources or referrals to other services as necessary. Therefore, a teacher's comprehension of student welfare and safety is essential to establishing a supportive and secure learning environment where every student can flourish intellectually, emotionally, and socially.
I have experience working with numerous SEN students who struggle with reading and writing, and attention deficits. In each case, I approach them with patience and avoid being rude or hasty. When a student struggles with reading and writing, I take a slow and supportive approach, helping them at their own pace. With autistic students, I strive to discover their interests and relate the subject matter to those interests. Each situation requires a unique approach, but my priority is always to support the students with understanding and patience.
In 2016, I volunteered to work in a one-day counseling camp as a counselor trainee. This event took place at Kalutara Central College, Sri Lanka. Here, I had to counsel young students with hyperactive behavior. Furthermore, I also had the privilege to be a counselor trainee in the two-day counseling camp at Darul Arkam Orphanage Bandaragama, Sri Lanka. Here, I had to counsel young children with various mental health issues and illnesses. Working at counseling camps taught me how to take a step back from a situation, see the big picture, and put stressful situations into perspective, a skill I have carried over into other aspects of my life. Together with this, I learned some of the most beneficial qualities which include empathy, patience, adaptability, enthusiasm, creativity, cultural competence, and compassion. I am genuinely grateful for these experiences since all of them molded me into the fabulous teacher I am today.
Beyond teaching, I immerse myself in an array of diverse extracurricular pursuits that enrich my life. From capturing moments through photography to delving into the depths of human behavior with psychology, Research fuels my curiosity, while traveling opens doors to new cultures and perspectives. Music moves my soul, badminton keeps me active, and information technology ignites my sense of innovation. Each of these passions adds vibrancy to my life and fuels my desire for continuous learning and growth.

Sono un ingegnere iunior abilitato con laurea in Ingegneria Industriale. Dopo anni di liceo dove non ero uno studente modello, entrato all'università, ho compreso il linguaggio matematico, imparando ad usarlo con molta dimestichezza. Ho già esperienza in ambito delle lezioni private dal 2017 con ottimi risultati in termini di resa scolastica di chi ho seguito, spiegando i concetti fondamentali con semplicità e portando a studiare più a logica che a memoria. Il mio approccio con l' alunno è quello di spiegare i concetti matematici con esempi e con estrema semplicità, sono stato anche io uno studente, e non brillavo in matematica, ma l'aver compreso le nozioni vedendole in altre maniere e spiegate con semplicità e ragionamenti logici mi ha permesso di comprendere a pieno la matematica. Con i miei alunni utilizzo lo stesso metodo che ha permesso a me di sapere. Non esistono persone non portate per la matematica, esistono solo quelli che l'hanno compresa e chi non è riuscito a comprendere, solo perché non è stato inquadrato bene
