Soy ingeniero químico, con postgrados en estadística aplicada y en actuaría y maestría en bioestadística y bioinfomática. También soy web master y desarrollador de software certificado por Microsoft. Tengo más de diez años de experiencia como docente en varias universidades en Bogotá en probabilidad y estadística y los diferentes cálculos como el diferencial, integral, ecuaciones diferenciales y multivariable, así como métodos numéricos, álgebra lineal, matemáticas básicas, matemáticas financieras, algoritmos y programación con Python, java, Visual basic y matlab, física mecánica. En probabilidad y estadística tengo una metodología especializada teórico - práctica ya probada durante varios semestres con mis estudiantes universitarios, con recursos como actividades interactivas y el uso de software como Excel, R, Python, geogebra y Matlab de acuerdo a los intereses del alumno. Estoy en la actualidad desarrollando más material y recursos de aprendizaje en probabilidad y estadística, abordando también el enfoque hacia las ciencias actuariales y la ciencia de datos con Machine Learning y Deep Learning mediante el manejo de R y Python con Keras y Tensorflow.
Durante mis estudios de ingeniería, hace unos 30 años, impartí mis primeras clases individuales de Física y Matemáticas, y me di cuenta de que me gustaba mucho ver a los estudiantes dominando nuevos conceptos.
Desde entonces, he trabajado principalmente en la industria, en la educación superior (Universidad de Sheffield) y como profesor de idiomas multilingüe, mientras en segundo plano desarrollé ideas innovadoras en torno al aprendizaje, que plasmé en un curso ("Aprendizaje consciente" - búsquelo en Google en spaziosereno.com), que fue probado con éxito en mi Universidad con posgraduados de varias facultades.
En 2022 me mudé del Reino Unido a Sudamérica, donde resido actualmente, pero me gustaría enseñar en línea a estudiantes del Reino Unido y países europeos. Esto podría extenderse fácilmente hasta altas horas de la noche en Europa, ya que ahora resido en la zona horaria GMT-5, para dar cabida a estudiantes que trabajan, etc.

Estudié la Licenciatura en Informática, pero a lo largo del tiempo, me he dado cuenta de que tengo mucha facilidad para explicar y hacer entender a otras personas algunos temas que pueden resultar complicados. No me gusta aprender procesos de forma mecánica, sino que me gusta entender el por qué se llevan a cabo esos procesos, o intentar resolver problemas a través de la lógica y el razonamiento, y eso transmitirlo para que otros logren desarrollar su propia lógica y razonamiento desde una perpectiva diferente a la convencional.
