With autistic students, I strive to discover their interests and relate the subject matter to those interests. Each situation requires a unique approach, but my priority is always to support the students with understanding and patience.
In 2016, I volunteered to work in a one-day counseling camp as a counselor trainee. This event took place at Kalutara Central College, Sri Lanka. Here, I had to counsel young students with hyperactive behavior. Furthermore, I also had the privilege to be a counselor trainee in the two-day counseling camp at Darul Arkam Orphanage Bandaragama, Sri Lanka. Here, I had to counsel young children with various mental health issues and illnesses. Working at counseling camps taught me how to take a step back from a situation, see the big picture, and put stressful situations into perspective, a skill I have carried over into other aspects of my life. Together with this, I learned some of the most beneficial qualities which include empathy, patience, adaptability, enthusiasm, creativity, cultural competence, and compassion. I am genuinely grateful for these experiences since all of them molded me into the fabulous teacher I am today.

Dopo anni di liceo dove non ero uno studente modello, entrato all'università, ho compreso il linguaggio matematico, imparando ad usarlo con molta dimestichezza. Ho già esperienza in ambito delle lezioni private dal 2017 con ottimi risultati in termini di resa scolastica di chi ho seguito, spiegando i concetti fondamentali con semplicità e portando a studiare più a logica che a memoria. Il mio approccio con l' alunno è quello di spiegare i concetti matematici con esempi e con estrema semplicità, sono stato anche io uno studente, e non brillavo in matematica, ma l'aver compreso le nozioni vedendole in altre maniere e spiegate con semplicità e ragionamenti logici mi ha permesso di comprendere a pieno la matematica. Hola, soy Mario Molina, graduado en Física y cuento con un Máster en Física Teórica. Llevo dando clases particulares desde que acabé dicho máster tanto a nivel de bachillerato como universitario. Intento organizar las clases revisando la teoría de una manera que sea comprensible para el alumno de modo que luego pueda entenderse a la hora de aplicarla a los ejercicios prácticos. La prioridad es entender los conceptos que se ven minimizando la memorización y mecanización de ejercicios, ya que lo más importante es entenderlos pues así uno puede ser capaz de enfrentarse a otros tipos de problemas diferentes.
