Soy Álex, estudiante de la carrera de Matemáticas en la universidad de Alicante, llevo 3 años dando clases a alumnos de ESO y bachiller, es algo con lo que disfruto mucho y conecto muy bien con los alumnos. Mi objetivo una vez terminada la carrera es obtener el master para poder ser profesor de secundaria y de bachiller. Soy una persona que se implica mucho, muy profesional y siempre busco lo mejor para el alumno. Remember how difficult it was the first time your physics teacher said you had to break forces down into components in order to use Newton's Second Law? Or when they asked you to find the maxima and minima of a complicated function? I sure do - I struggled with those things as well. But I found that with good teachers and some hard work, I was able to master difficult concepts. Through my struggle, I learned how to effectively instruct students in physics and math.
Teaching and tutoring have been my passion since high school. I used to tutor students after school because I loved to see that look of "ahh I get it now" on students' faces. A decade later, it has become my passion and career.
I am a Ph.D. candidate in physics, with MS/BS degrees already in Physics, and through earning my degrees I have obtained a deep understanding of the field, as well as plenty of experience teaching it. My enthusiasm for teaching physics and math is apparent in my tutoring sessions. This makes students excited to learn and therefore more receptive to the concepts.

Hello, my name is Salma Ait ouarghazi, I am an embedded electronic systems engineering student, in my second year at the National School of Applied Sciences that I joined after two years of preparatory classes (MPSI/MP), where we used to study maths, physics and chemistry at at high intensive level to take the entrance exams for engineering schools. I have two years of experience in online and face-to-face teaching with primary, middle and high school students. I generally give maths, physics or even French and English lessons. To master any subject, a clear concept of the topic is paramount. My lesson style ensures the student has a clear understanding of what is being asked and that they can grow to be confident in solving problems.
The structure of each lesson is as follows:
Each lesson we start off with a small exercise based off the previous lesson to ensure that the student is confident with that topic.
In the main section of the lesson we will go through the new topic content. The style of lessons will vary between students, but in all lessons I encourage conversation related to the topic to broaden understanding. I have found that this is one of the best ways to engage students and see them progress in their confidence.
After this, to compound the topic knowledge and information, questions are given to the student to solve, this may be accompanied by extra questions from myself to encourage a problem solving and critical thinking mindset. This helps develop a greater understanding and identifies areas where further assistance is required.
Applying maths and physics to real world scenarios is another area I like to encourage. My goal for you as the student is to obtain a solid understanding of the subject that will allow you to retain the information learnt and take your exams with confidence.
As I come up to four years of tutoring, I find it extremely rewarding to see students grow, overcome challenges and have fun during their studies. During this time I have learnt different teaching techniques and how to tailor each lesson for each student so you can get the best support you need.
Hi, I'm Mila, I graduated from the scientific high school with top marks and graduated in Physics at 'Sapienza' University of Rome with honors.
I have always had a familiarity with mathematics and an innate attraction to discover the secrets of the universe. As a child, my grandfather, professor of logic, founder of two theorems - the typical mad scientist - began to introduce me to this language and pass on to me his love for discovery, the never ending curiosity and the enthusiasm in teaching others.
But my research did not stop with physics: after graduating I felt the need to deepen my understanding of the human being. Thus began a journey to discover who I am, what we are, through meditation, oriental arts, the use of energy for healing purposes, up to Naturopathy.

Comencé a dar clases el año pasado a alumnos de 2° y 3° de la ESO sobre matemáticas, física y química en formato presencial y online. Me encanta dar clases y mis alumnas me han permitido aprender mucho sobre este terreno. Comenzaron la mayoría con notas muy bajas, de 1-3. Pero tras un par de clases me dí cuenta de que lo único que les ocurría es que en clase no eran capaces de prestar la atención adecuada y necesitaban a alguien más cercano e insistente. Por ello me dedico de forma parcial a ser profesora, para poder ayudaros a esos alumnos que necesitáis a alguien a vuestro lado que os acompañe en el camino del instituto.
Me gusta mucho dar clases dinámicas con una pizarra interactiva, hacer ejercicios entretenidos y actividades que os ayuden a comprender mejor el temario que en clase no entendeis bien. Soy muy buen en ver cuáles son vuestros puntos débiles y potenciarlos. La clase online no tiene nada que envidiarle a la presencial porque me gusta activar las cámaras y compartiros una pizarra para que sea tan sencillo como si estuviera a vuestro lado. Me adaptaré totalmente a las exigencias que os pidan en clase, ayudando con los deberes, preparando bien el examen o recuperación que tengáis y sobre todo, enseñando el temario que más útil os va a resultar. Os voy a hacer incapié en las cosas que sé que van a caer y os enseñaré en qué páginas buscar y en cuáles no, de qué fiaros y de qué no. ¿Comenzamos?
