I come from an academic background with strong education in Physics and Maths. I have always been passionate about sharing my knowledge with others and have taught in online and offline formats for 5+ years. I also had experience teaching a university course (Digital Logic) at Wayne State University in the USA.
I am quite familiar with the IT field and have been involved in a variety of related projects over the course of my carrier including numerical calculations for research purposes, building web sites and back-end applications, database design, and data management.
I am a certified teacher (grades 5-12 for both Math and Computer Science) and have been teaching for over 19 years! I also have QTS (Teacher Reference Number: 2071686).
I was an American university math instructor, Chinese international high school math and computer science teacher and English teacher for Chinese students.
I like to give my students a full comprehensive exam to see where they are UNLESS they want me to specifically help them in a certain area only.
I love making my students speak/explain things. I don't want to just teach. I want to facilitate/help the student but I want the student to do the work and learn as we go but not just from me teaching. ie - I like the student to do the homework while I am there so I can hear how he/she is working through the problem and help them with it.

I am a Mechanical Engineer, PhD. During my doctorate I lived in Germany and participated in industrial projects. Therefore, I am good at Mathematics and Physics. For a long time, I worked for private companies and managed teams. I also led a group consisting of Turkish and British engineers. So, I am familiar to various cultures. I currently give Lectures (on fluid mechanics) at a University in Ankara, Turkey. I like to teach, explain and also happy to share my knowledge with others (I can also speak German).
