Insegno matematica da sei anni e, in questo tempo, ho avuto l’opportunità di confrontarmi con contesti scolastici molto diversi: ho iniziato in un liceo classico e linguistico, sono poi passata a un istituto professionale, ho lavorato per tre anni in un liceo scientifico paritario e attualmente insegno in un istituto tecnico agrario.
Amo profondamente il mio mestiere e cerco ogni giorno di trasmettere questa passione ai miei studenti. Credo che la matematica non sia quella materia “brutta e incomprensibile” che spesso viene temuta: al contrario, può diventare uno strumento per leggere la realtà, allenare il pensiero critico e risolvere problemi concreti. Per questo mi impegno a rendere le mie lezioni coinvolgenti, accessibili e significative.
Organizzo sempre le lezioni a partire dalle esigenze specifiche dei miei studenti. Quando possibile, preferisco ricevere in anticipo il materiale o le richieste, così da poter progettare un percorso strutturato e su misura. Solitamente suddivido il tempo a disposizione in due momenti: una parte teorica, in cui spiego i concetti fondamentali, e una parte pratica, dedicata ad esercizi guidati, applicazioni e confronto attivo. Naturalmente, se lo studente ha bisogno di concentrarsi solo su uno degli aspetti, adatto sempre il mio approccio in modo flessibile.
Faccio attenzione ai diversi stili di apprendimento e cerco di utilizzare strumenti vari per stimolare l'interesse e facilitare la comprensione: dalle mappe concettuali a GeoGebra, dai quiz interattivi ai giochi didattici, fino a piccoli progetti interdisciplinari. Mi piace anche lavorare con gruppi ristretti, perché il confronto tra pari può arricchire e rafforzare l’apprendimento.
Ho esperienza anche nella didattica a distanza, che ho affrontato cercando di mantenere un alto livello di interazione e continuità, utilizzando piattaforme online, condivisione di materiali dinamici e strumenti collaborativi.

Tout d'abord je prends connaissance des ressources à dispositions de l'élève (cours de son prof, exercices, devoirs surveillés, devoirs maison...) afin de voir avec lui ce qui lui pose problème.
Ensuite, pour chaque problème rencontré, je lui propose d'essayer de trouver une solution par lui-même en le guidant avec des indices.
S'il ne parvient toujours pas à trouver alors je lui montre une solution puis je lui fais découvrir des variantes.
À chaque étape de mes démonstrations j'invite l'élève à me poser des questions afin de s'assurer qu'il comprend bien.
Puis à l'issue de chaque séance je lui propose des exercices complémentaires.
