Hi! I’m Annie, a Maths and Physics tutor with a degree in Astrophysics from the University of St Andrews and two years of hands-on teaching experience. I make learning clear, engaging, and tailored to each student, breaking down complex concepts into simple, understandable steps. Outside of teaching, I’m also a chef and an avid traveler — I’ve spent time surfing, skiing, and exploring different cultures around the world. These experiences inspire the way I approach learning: with creativity, curiosity, and a sense of adventure. My classes are structured yet flexible — we start by identifying your goals, work through examples and exercises, and review progress regularly. I design personalized lesson plans, prepare students for exams, coursework, and competitive tests, and use practical examples to make abstract topics relatable. I enjoy teaching high school to early university levels and aim not just to improve grades, but to build confidence, curiosity, and a lasting understanding of Maths and Physics.
