Hello, my name is Sheila, UX, UI, and graphic designer with a passion for traveling, camping, and listening to music. In addition to my love for graphic design, I also have a strong desire to teach and interact with people from different cultures. I combine my technical skills with my love for teaching and I'm always eager to share my knowledge with others.
with over 5 years of experience as a graphic designer, I also have 3 years of experience teaching graphic design and video editing one on one. En mi enfoque pedagógico, priorizo el aprendizaje práctico, convencido de que la mejor manera de aprender a contar historias a través del audiovisual es mediante la experiencia directa y activa. Mis clases están diseñadas para involucrar a los estudiantes en cada paso del proceso creativo: desde la concepción inicial de una idea hasta su ejecución final.
Una vez que tienen su idea, los guío a través de las etapas de preproducción, producción y postproducción. En la fase de preproducción, por ejemplo, los estudiantes aprenden a elaborar guiones técnicos y a planificar, lo que les permite visualizar y organizar sus proyectos de manera eficaz.
En resumen, mi método se centra en dar a los estudiantes la libertad de explorar sus ideas creativas mientras les proporciono un marco estructurado que guía su aprendizaje y desarrollo, asegurando que ganen experiencia práctica significativa y habilidades relevantes en el campo de la narrativa audiovisual.

Mi metodología es ágil, tengo mi propio estudio equipado con equipos para impartir una clase de técnica audiovisual, igualmente cuento con cámaras y software especializado para desempeñar a cabalidad el proceso tanto de captura/registro así como el de edición/postproducción. Entrego guías en Pdf y vídeo de todo lo visto en clase que permiten repasar procesos y aspectos técnicos explicados en el encuentro presencial.
Las clases son fundamentalmente prácticas pese a tener un componente conceptual que permite aclarar muy bien los elementos que se impartirán a lo largo de cada clase.
Se trabaja en ecosistemas Apple para facilitar los flujos de trabajo en cada uno de los posibles cursos que el estudiante decida tomatr

Hi! my name is Tony Parr, I am a highly experienced teacher with Current active experience lecturing and teaching in Secondary schools, Further and Higher Education at colleges. my main subjects are Design, Art and Media.
I have 30 years of experience having taught over a 1000 students on GCSE, A Level, Diploma and Foundation Degree programmes in colleges and Schools. I am an ex Professional Graphic Designer and Art Director working in London prior to teaching.
I have a current and progressive active (Course Director currently delivering projects and courses) experience in both theory and practice taught at key stages 2,3,4 and 5 (from secondary to degree).
Subjects:
1. Sound and Music production, use of digital tools in sound and music (Digital Audio workstations - DAW's) for film soundtrack, Foley, FX and ambient scoring. I use Logic Pro, Native instruments, Omnisphere plug-ins, Adobe Audition and many other sound tools in conjunction with video editors such as Adobe Premier Pro.
2. Digital video & Film theory and design using mainly Adobe Premier Pro, Audition and Photoshop for sound and vision output. I teach film design subjects: Documentary, Drama, Journalism shorts, youtube etc.
3. Graphic Design, theory and design layout and typography using Photoshop, Indesign and other tools. I teach both for online and paper based publishing.
4. Typographic Design and use for all publishing. Type language use and delivery in context with the type of vehicle (press, promotional, advertising, online media etc).
5. Portfolio design and presentation. I can help you create suitable portfolios for entry into FE, HE courses or the Creative Sector. I am a current FE Course Director and have been a HE Degree Course Director as well as a Production Director in Advertising.
I will teach from the subject theory with the software at the level you require and will design the programme to your needs.
There will be set tasks with outcomes that build in 30 minute stages
The final outcome will be a portfolio of work that you can use for a set purpose such as access to a full time course in education, application for a job or for exhibiting your work.
