I help students find THEIR method to overcome the LIMITING beliefs that tend to block their ability to analyze and calculate. Instead of starting from theory, we start with step-by-step guided exercises to study the theory together in a different way. I have training in the use of skills coaching techniques, alongside training in learning techniques in adults. Theory without practice is footless. Practice without theory is headless. This is the dilemma. There are people who easily move from theory to practice. All study methods address the theoretical part, and then do not guide the student to practical application. Theory and practice cannot be separated, but nothing prevents us from starting from practice to connect with theory. Especially for people who are more predisposed to practice rather than to a theoretical approach first and foremost where, more often than not, it is not at all clear WHERE YOU WANT TO ARRIVE. Each of us is more INDUCTIVE or more DEDUCTIVE. And this must be taken into account by the tutor during the teaching phase to define a logical path that leads the student to understanding and autonomy. Ask yourself the right questions frequently....What am I doing? But what assumptions did I start from? where am I going with this? ...and above all...
