My name is Yolande. I'm a native English speaker and certified TEFL provider living in Pretoria, the capital city of South Africa. My “hobby” is meeting people from different nationalities! I love learning about other countries and cultures. I was fortunate to work as a nurse on cruise ships, in Saudi Arabia, in Zambia and in Angola, where I could pursue this “hobby”. In 2013 I returned to South Africa and concentrated on in-class teaching of Maths, English Language and Health courses. Due to the Covid lockdown in 2020, the format changed to a full-time successful online course. This has led to me now presenting TEFL online learning from home. Please book a trial lesson as I can assist you to reach your goal with English reading, writing and speaking abilities. My medical background, creation of presentations and public speaking abilities can also be put to good use.
