Hello! My name is Yaniv, and I am currently a Computer Science student at the University of Helsinki. I specialize in teaching IGCSE level mathematics, though I can teach lower levels as well. Having completed the IGCSE exams myself relatively recently, I understand the challenges students face when preparing for their first major exams. I know which topics students often find difficult, the mistakes that commonly cost marks, and the exam techniques that can make a real difference to final results. My teaching style focuses on understanding rather than memorization. I explain concepts step by step, making sure you understand the reasoning behind a solution so that you can apply the same ideas confidently to new questions. My goal is not only to help you solve a particular problem, but to develop the skills needed to tackle similar questions independently. The lessons will be tailored to your individual goals. Whether you would like to get ahead in class, strengthen a particular topic, or prepare specifically for exams, I will adapt our lessons to suit your needs. I am happy to help students studying IGCSE Mathematics as well as other similar-level mathematics courses.
