I became an English teacher out of necessity, but continue because of my interest in helping others learn the language. Additionally, learning Spanish uncovered a love for languages and linguistic theory which I try to put in practice in my classes. I am particularly interested in phonetics and phonology, and learning methods that improve fluency and accuracy. I am currently studying towards my Diploma in Translation from the Chartered Institute of Linguists where I am also an Associate Member. As well as teaching, I am a qualified sound technician and like to spend my summers running stages at festivals. I have also recently started programming (Python) and am developing some new tools to help students practise their knowledge of the English language. Mi primera clase con Will ha sido muy divertida, ha estado atento siempre a todo lo que ibamos hablando, atento a los temas que comentamos, apuntando los puntos mas conflictivos, es muy didactico y tiene recursos para ayudarte de manera muy rapida, muy buena experiencia.

Excelente profesor, muy atento y empático

Las clases con Will están siendo muy entretenidas y a la vez útiles, por un lado prepara material orientado a mi carrera profesional y de esta forma puedo ampliar vocabulario y fluidez a la hora de hablar en el ámbito profesional, y por otro lado pone foco en la pronunciación, ya que es una de mis debilidades y es en lo que yo le pedí poner más foco. Como resultado, la hora de clase se pasa bastante rápido y no te aburres y lo más importante, sientes que estás aprendiendo.

Agradable, divertido y con un gran oído. Capaz de entenderte.

Will ha sido muy competente y amable. Necesitaba clases de refuerzo para una entrevista de trabajo en inglés y él se ha involucrado mucho, buscando información y recursos audiovisuales, dándome consejos para afrontar la entrevista y haciendo las clases amenas lo que ha hecho que ganara más confianza en mí misma a la hora de desenvolverme. Le doy un 10/10 y espero tomar más clases con él en un futuro.
