Hello! I’m Ms. Joy, an experienced English teacher with a BA and MA in English Language and Literature, a PGDE, and over 18 years of teaching experience. I teach English to children, teenagers, and adults, helping students improve their speaking, vocabulary, grammar, reading, writing, and comprehension skills. I also support students preparing for international exams such as IGCSE, A Level, SAT, 11+, and other English assessments. My classes are friendly, interactive, and tailored to each student’s learning needs. I use engaging activities, discussions, stories, questions, and practical exercises to make lessons enjoyable while helping students build confidence and make steady progress. I believe every student can improve when they have the right support and encouragement. Whether you want to improve your everyday English, speak more confidently, strengthen your grammar and writing, or prepare for an exam, I would be happy to help you achieve your goals. I look forward to meeting you in class!
