My name is Terry-Ann Edwards, and I am from Jamaica. I am a graduate of the University of Technology, Jamaica, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Management Studies. I also hold a Master’s degree in International Business Management from the University of East London. I currently work as a part-time Seminar Marketing Manager and a part-time online ESL teacher. As a TESOL-certified instructor, I conduct conversational English lessons, pronunciation correction, and grammar instruction for beginners, intermediate, and advanced learners. My teaching also focuses on improving reading, speaking, and overall communication skills. I am passionate about education and committed to helping students grow in confidence and ability. My teaching philosophy is to share knowledge and understanding while respecting and supporting the diverse needs of learners. I believe in creating a balanced, patient, and fair learning environment that encourages participation and growth. Outside of work, my hobbies include socializing with people from different backgrounds, listening to music, reading, conducting online research, and cooking. I pride myself on being patient, approachable, and empathetic, always ready to listen and support others.
