Hi! I am Santosh Wadghule. I have completed my graduation in mechanical engineering from Pune University, India. My work style is analytical, focused and disciplined. My teaching philosophy is to teach the content which is relatable with the real world life examples. I often perform pop quizzes over the previous days lesson to ensure that the students are retaining the information which has increased students percentage more than the average. I am trying to make each session as interactive as possible. I am trying to teach audio, visual and kinesthetic style. I try to manage the balance between low level and high level students. My achievements àre the new students referred by the previous students parents.
