I’m currently offering online tuition for Year 9 or 10 students studying GCSE Chemistry or Biology, doing the AQA specification. I have 2 years of tutoring experience, working with students across Maths, Biology and Chemistry. I'm a graduate in BSc Medical Sciences (First Class). In my A Levels I achieved A*, A, A (Biology, Chemistry, Maths). My GCSE grades are 9 A* 1 A. My teaching style is clear, structured and collaborative. I break down difficult topics into simple explanations, using diagrams, prepared notes and worked examples to make ideas easier to understand. I regularly ask questions throughout the lesson to make sure that you have a deep understanding of the topic. We'll also actively work through quizzes and practice questions together, helping you to retain what you've learned. My lessons are personalised to your learning style and strengths. Before each lesson, we'll agree on a plan so you know what to expect and we can make good use of every minute. I also use past exam papers to identify areas that need improvement and tailor lessons around these priorities. My previous students felt very well-prepared going into their exams. We had done every past paper, and I'd taught them how to approach each type of question, so they could maximise their marks. I’m happy to work with students who want to strengthen weaker areas, prepare for exams, or simply build greater confidence in a subject.
