My experience as a university professor, I learnt many things which I have incorporated in my teaching. My way of teaching is very different from others. In a way that I make learning as a fun activity and I believe in simplifying the complex concepts and I do believe that when you understand a concept in a simpler way, it is easier to remember for a long time. Also, I respect discipline and punctuality, and expect the same from the students. Once I take up a task, I do not leave that task in between.
