First Certificate Level I Have been teaching English since 1980, first at a private school to 17/18 years old students and since 1993 at the UPM. I like to put into practice a very communicative approach where students use the four skills. On the other hand I worked in TEA/CEGOS for over 30 years in the selection process, interviewing lots of candidates to find their level of English. Right now I am using First trainer , Cambridge English, to help some students with their First Certificate Exam. I focus on practicing conversation and use of English to encourage them to improve their fluency.
