Hello! I’m Irfan, an online Maths tutor for GCSE, IGCSE and A Level students. I’ve been teaching for 10 years, and I’ve worked with students who walked in thinking they were “just bad at maths” and walked out realising they simply hadn’t had it explained the right way yet. That’s the part of teaching I enjoy most. I hold an MCS in Computer Science, which helps me explain maths in a logical, step-by-step way, and I have experience preparing students for exams with AQA, Edexcel and other boards. Here’s how my classes work. We start with a quick diagnostic so I can see exactly where you are and what you need, so we never waste time on things you already know. Then I break each topic into clear, simple steps, using visual examples so you understand why a method works, not just how to copy it. After that, you practise with exam-style questions matched to your board and level, and we go through any mistakes together until they stop happening. I also build interactive practice tools and progress reports, so you can always see how far you’ve come. My lessons are friendly, relaxed and completely built around you. There are no silly questions here, and we move at your pace. I teach GCSE, IGCSE and A Level Maths, and I’m happy to help with exam preparation, catching up on topics, or boosting your grade. Book a trial lesson and let’s see how I can help you reach your goals. I’m looking forward to meeting you
