My name is Mishal McAuley. I have a Masters degree in Chemistry from the University of Eastern Finland. I have gained extensive experience by working both in academic and industrial environments. I also participated in training and workshops that has prepared me to step out of academic research into the world of handling projects and managing the smooth flow of scientific information. Over the last few years, I have lived and studied in several different countries and it has taught me to integrate well into international and diverse environments. My experience of living abroad has made me well versed in communication. It has helped me enormously in clarifying practical matters, identifying oversights before they become a problem, and creating a positive environment in general. I have been teaching kids from age 12-18 at my local church for Sunday school and have found a real passion for teaching. I like to organize my teaching methods by keeping the needs of my students in mind, creating an overall relaxed and open environment for learning.
