Hello, my name is Michelle. I am a level 5 Ofqual certified teacher of the English language and also have a level 7 qualification in teaching special educational needs. I studied English at the University of London. I have taught English privately for over twenty years alongside a career as a proof-editor, and I have a full fibre internet connection. I am currently researching a PhD in Philosophy, and I have also successfully published a number of books and maintain an educative website. My approach to teaching is about achieving your personal goals with measurable learning. I find great pleasure in teaching on a one-to-one basis and aim to keep lessons relevant and interesting. My qualifications as a proofreader make me an eligible teacher with regard to a consistently high standard of English grammar. I am especially experienced in teaching for the Cambridge and IELTS exams, as well as for APTIS and Pearson, and have relevant and up-to-date resources for these.
