I am TEFL certified and have been teaching English to non-native speakers for over fifteen years, starting with primary and middle school students in South Korea under the Daegu Ministry of Education, and continuing with adult learners in the UK on a freelance basis. My adult tutoring work has included conversational English, Business English, and Medical English, working with students from Spain, Arabic-speaking countries, and South Korea. I understand what it feels like to be a language learner in a foreign environment — I lived and worked abroad myself for several years — and I bring patience and genuine interest in each student's progress to every session.
