Hello! Nice to meet you! My name is Justin Lutz. I have bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University. I have one TEFL certification from LearnTEFL and another from Destination TEFL. I have nearly 5 years of experience teaching English online. I always focus on assessing the level of the student and determining their goals and needs. I have experience teaching both children and adults. I usually follow the PPP lesson plan format which includes "presentation, practice, production". This process allows the student to finish each session with useful new skills. I also believe that the quality of the curriculum and materials is of the utmost importance.
