My name is Juan david, I'm from Colombia, I'm foreign languages teacher, I've been working as a teacher for more than 5 years, I really love this profession, because it allows me to get a wide approach in learning new languages, especially in other ways (not just the traditional or conventional ones), since it enables me to explore and going deeper with different learning ways from people, and at the same time it always challenges me, which is something that I really like of this. my classes are usually funny, interactive, dynamic and very functional. I enjoy doing different activities in which the students have to interact permanently with each other, creating like this interesting scenarios of participation where they can develop and flow themselves properly and efficiently. Among the languages that I'm used to teach there are the english, the french and even the portuguese (which is a really nice language that infortunately I've not had the chance to work a lot with), but despite of it, I'm still being passionated for what I do, because I find very often in the teaching exercise the facility to create different contexts which help the students out to well applying and using the language in practical situations of their daily life, through some interesting and innovative tools like learning websites, self-learning pages, worksheets, flashcards, boardgames and others that at the end, are just a sort of resources that make our job easier somehow, but especially make that our work get worth.
