Greetings, dear student! I am a former homeschool facilitator and currently a student teacher. I am passionate about empowering English learners to reach their full potential and develop confidence in expressing themselves in academic, corporate and multi-cultural settings. I believe in creating an environment which fosters supportive and inclusive learning. With a strong passion for early childhood education, I bring hands-on experience as a student teacher and homeschool facilitator in the Foundation Phase (k-3). I have worked with young learners in both classroom and home settings, delivering engaging lessons in core subjects such as English, Afrikaans, Mathematics, and Life Orientation. I am skilled in formative and summative assessment administration, classroom management, lesson-planning and providing academic support to learners with diverse needs. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Education in Foundation Phase from the University of South Africa. I hold TEFL certificates from Arizona State University, through Coursera, as well as Teacher Record. In my spare time, I am a contributor to my blog on Medium, where I write on family, education, self-development and self-care.
