Welcome to my teacher Profile ! My name is Frédéric and I'm French and German teacher. I studied and worked in Germany for six years (in Giessen and Berlin). I have a Ph-D in law. After working in law firms, I decided to become a teacher. I enjoy sharing my knowledge. I have more than eight years experience in different areas of knowledge. I taught law for two years when I was a Ph-D student. I worked as a "Culture générale" (general knowledge) and French teacher in a private school. During the last for years I taught German at school in France. My teaching style depends on the student's age and level. I adapt myself to the situation. I can start with the basics. In the best case I promote self-learning. I enjoy when students develop critical thinking, even in a foreign language. In general I use different ressources : audio and video materials, newspapers, songs, grammar exercices, etc. It is important to prepare a dynamic lesson. I will give homework and I will stay available between the lessons. Keeping the motivation is the key to success !
