Hi! I'm Courtney, and I've been a paraprofessional in a k-3 school for more than 3 years, working with students one-on-one and in small groups. I love helping students build confidence in math by breaking skills into simple, easy-to-understand steps and making learning fun. Every child learns differently, so I adjust my lessons to fit each student's pace, learning style, and goals. I believe mistakes are part of learning, and I work hard to create a patient, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and celebrating their progress.
