I am a qualified Biology educator with a Bachelor of Education in Biology, a Kenyan Teachers Service Commission (TSC) certificate, and over 10 years of secondary-school teaching experience. My teaching experience has equipped me with the skills to explain complex biological concepts in simple, engaging, and learner-friendly ways. I support students with different abilities and learning needs by identifying knowledge gaps, adapting teaching strategies, and providing targeted interventions to strengthen understanding and improve academic performance. As an online tutor, I aim to create interactive, supportive, and goal-oriented learning experiences. I use clear explanations, diagrams, guided discussions, topic-based exercises, quizzes, and past-paper practice to help learners master Biology concepts and develop effective examination techniques. I am particularly interested in supporting Cambridge IGCSE Biology students with syllabus coverage, challenging topics, revision, and examination preparation. My approach focuses on building confidence, encouraging independent learning, monitoring progress, and helping each student achieve measurable improvement. I am committed to making online Biology lessons accessible, engaging, and effective, helping learners develop a deeper understanding of Biology and reach their full academic potential.
