Hola! Me llamo Brenda y soy monitora de yoga. Practico yoga regularmente hace cuatro años y doy clases particulares y a grupos desde el el 2018. Me formé en hatha yoga , pero también he explorado otras disciplinas como iyengar y yoga dinámico. Soy una persona responsable, tranquila, tengo una alimentación saludable y organizo las clases para que haya un equilibrio entre yoga y meditacion. Durante los ultimos años he realizado varios cursos en relación al ayurveda.
