-The first essential rule of our teachers is to be organized, we prepare all our classes in advance and the structure of our classes is different from the others in that sense we go beyond the traditional ones of the institutes. 1- For each student we have a list of objectives. 2- For each objective we have specific lessons according to the student's profile. 3- The learning supports are well elaborated and designed according to the student's level and her ability to adapt. 4- We have adequate exercises to practice the language that the student wants to learn 5- We have prepared a clear planning according to the schedule that the student wishes, and the number of hours of classes. 6- We create a pleasant environment so that the student can interact more than the teacher and we form a group during the learning moment so that the student does not get bored, we vary the topics and the lessons in order to maintain good communication. 7- We enrich the general culture of our students in addition to teaching them the language! How do we adapt to the expectations of our students? 1. We believe that a good teacher knows how to listen, therefore we pay a lot of attention to our students during the first classes to fully understand their expectations. 2. We clearly respect the choices of our students to be able to agree with their language needs in that sense our first hour of class is free to check that the chemistry is good between our students and us.
